Also I'm not friends with Hotstuff, but I am with Justice and I highly doubt they're trying to infiltrate the Titans. Don't you think if they wanted to infiltrate the Team they would've staged some kind of attack for them to save the day? Any conspiracy to weaken SHIELD is openly welcomed by me and the Titans.
